When using the leveling machine, be sure to place the workpiece smoothly to ensure the position is correct, and then start the leveling machine.
For example, when leveling narrow steel, it should be placed in the center of the leveling machine.
When the leveling machine is working, the staff cannot place the hand on the workpiece and prohibits measurement or inspection. The flatness of the workpiece can be measured after the machine is stopped.
For large workpieces, the operator cannot stand on the workpiece during operation. Hand and clothing should be prevented from being rolled into the leveler roller after starting the machine.
If abnormal noise is found during work, the worker should immediately stop the inspection.
